Refund Policy
Last updated:
Our packs are digital products delivered instantly, and a file that has been downloaded cannot be returned to us. So we treat a purchase as final by default. That default has two exceptions, and this page sets out both.
If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland
Your statutory rights come first, and our default does not override them. You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for any reason.
Because a pack is digital content supplied without a physical medium, we can ask you to confirm that you want it immediately. If you do, we deliver it straight away and you lose the 14-day cancellation right for that purchase. You keep the right to a refund if the pack is faulty, is not what we described, or is not fit for the purpose we said it was fit for. In the UK those remedies normally last 12 months from delivery.
See section 7 of the terms for the full wording.
When we refund on our own initiative
Email hello@cheatsheetkit.store within 30 days of purchase if any of these apply:
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- The file is corrupt, incomplete, or the wrong pack.
- Your download link failed and we could not reissue it.
These are not a condition of any statutory right. They are what we do on our own, and they do not shorten or replace the 14-day cancellation right described above.
When we cannot refund
- You changed your mind after downloading, outside the 14-day cancellation right.
- You expected a job offer, a course, or live coaching. Packs are static study aids.
- The pack did not cover a topic that was never listed in its description.
- The request is made more than 30 days after the purchase, unless it is a statutory claim under section "If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland" above.
We will always tell you which of these applies and why, rather than just declining. If you disagree with our answer, reply and we will look again.
How to ask
Email us with the address you used to buy. We will find the order from that, so no order reference is needed and nobody has to guess a number. If you have one, including it is fine.
Tell us what went wrong in a sentence. We answer refund requests within 3 working days.
What happens next
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments. It cannot be sent to a different card or account.
- Your bank or card issuer then takes 5 to 10 working days to show it. We cannot speed that up, but we will confirm to you the moment the refund has been submitted.
- If your link has already been reissued, that does not end a claim you had grounds for.
Disputes with your bank
You are always free to raise a chargeback with your card issuer, and doing so does not stop you contacting us. Where a chargeback and a refund claim cover the same order, we will tell your issuer what we decided rather than leave two processes running.
One thing that does affect a claim: where we refund a chargeback ourselves because the order was not a genuine purchase, or where an order is refunded because it was paid for with a stolen card, we do not reissue the download links or the pack for that order. We keep the order record so that the same card cannot be charged again for the same thing.
Access after a refund
If we approve a refund for an order, the licence you bought under section 2 of the terms ends at that point, and any download link for that pack stops working. This applies equally to a refund we agreed, a refund we issued, and a refund your bank issued as a chargeback.
